To automatically import products from your online store, use a universal product XML feed, such as the one Heureka uses for product comparison.
To retrieve data correctly, the XML feed must comply with Heureka’s specification.
How to set up automatic data downloads from the product feed
- Log in to the Boldem app.
- In the left-hand menu, select Settings and click on Data sources.
- On the right side of the dialog, click New data source.
- Name your data source.
- If an integration with your website exists, you can select it. Alternatively, create a new website integration.
- Enter the URL of your XML feed.
- Leave the Type set to XML.
- Click the Save button at the top.
The data source will immediately start downloading product information from your website in the background.
If you want to transfer the product’s original price to Boldem (for example, if it’s on sale), you can use the XML element PRICE_OLD_VAT, where the old price must be provided as a number (no extra text, currency, etc.).
Boldem can also download data from other feed elements that are outside Heureka’s specification. You can set up mapping for these additional data when editing the data source,
using the Add custom field to the data source button.
Maximum data source size is 100 MB.
