How do I integrate my website with my Boldem account?

To ensure data from your website (online store or other system) loads into Boldem correctly and you can effectively use features like automations or subscription forms, you must first integrate your website with your Boldem account. You have the following integration options:

  • General integration that lets you display a form on your website to collect data.
  • Instant integration of your online store with Shoptet or Upgates, allowing seamless synchronization of contacts, cart data, orders, and more.
  • Advanced integration of any website or online store on any platform that, in addition to displaying the form, also enables syncing contacts, order or cart data. This integration requires a developer to implement a custom solution for you.

Full integration functionality requires a Boldem account on the Profi plan or higher (the Standard plan only allows synchronizing recipients with prebuilt integrations). You can switch to the Profi plan anytime via the Billing menu. If you encounter problems upgrading, contact your sales representative or our customer support by email, phone, or chat.
