Conversion tracking helps you evaluate the success of your campaigns.
To ensure conversions are recorded correctly, you need to have the tracking code added to your website and the order transfer to your Boldem account properly configured. This can be achieved using a ready-made integration (Shoptet, Upgates, Rocketoo) or via a custom solution tailored to your system’s requirements.
How are conversions tracked?
Conversions are tracked for 7 days after a campaign link is clicked. This period can be adjusted in Settings/Websites.
To track conversions, a user only needs a click-through from the campaign to your website.
If the user has cookies disabled, their activity is not tracked and conversions are not recorded.
Conversions cannot be tracked retroactively. Tracking begins only when everything is set up correctly. If you send the campaign before the setup is complete, conversions will not be recorded.
