Individual recipients in the Boldem app are assigned different statuses that change based on their activity (unsubscribing, subscribing, going through automations, etc.) or on the validity of their email addresses. See the overview of statuses below.
- Active – the recipient can receive messages (emails, SMS messages, in-app notifications, etc.) or be processed by automation without further restrictions.
- Partially active – if this status shows a crossed-out envelope icon, the recipient is unsubscribed from receiving email campaigns. If it shows a crossed-out mobile phone icon, they are unsubscribed from SMS campaigns. Another possible variant is that they are unsubscribed from only a specific mailing list.
- Unsubscribed – the recipient is unsubscribed from all campaigns (that is, from receiving all types of messages and from being processed by automations).
- Unverified – the recipient has no email address, the recipient’s email address or domain hasn’t been verified or verification failed, or the recipient didn’t confirm their address via double opt-in (didn’t consent to subscribe), and therefore recipients with this status will not receive messages and will not be processed by automations.
