What is the Yahoo Feedback Loop (YFL)?
Yahoo Feedback Loop is a service that notifies you when a recipient marks your email as spam. This feedback lets you:
- Identify issues: Find out which emails aren’t relevant to your customers.
- Maintain a good reputation: Minimize complaints and improve the deliverability of your campaigns.
- Optimize the mailing list: Delete inactive or inappropriate contacts and improve the overall quality of sent emails.
Step-by-step: How to set up the Yahoo Feedback Loop
- Creating an email inbox for complaint management
- We recommend creating a dedicated email address in the format:
postmaster@example.cz. - This mailbox will be used to receive feedback from Yahoo.
