Only some recipients opened the sent campaign. How do I resend the same campaign to recipients who didn’t open it?

  1. Open a previously sent campaign and in the Options menu choose Edit campaign. You can also create an entirely new campaign. If you use an existing campaign, you’ll have open-rate/click-through statistics in one place.
  2. In both cases, select the same mailing list you sent to in the original campaign.
  3. In the recipients selection step, select Set segmentation.
  4. Click Select new condition.
  5. The Segmentation rules dialog appears. In the Source field, select the item Recipients’ activity in campaigns.
  6. In the Condition field, choose how you want to evaluate recipients. In our case, it will be Recipient did not open the email. However, you can choose from other options that suit your needs.
  7. In the Campaign field, search for the name of the previous campaign.
  8. Optionally select a time restriction if applicable; otherwise, leave Anytime.
  9. Confirm the dialog by clicking Save rule.
  10. Wait for the recipients to be recalculated and review the list to ensure it meets your needs.
  11. Confirm your choices by clicking the Save and Segment button.
  12. Complete the campaign dispatch or scheduling to suit your needs.
