If you want to display the subscription form only on your homepage (the root URL you entered when integrating with your Boldem account, e.g. https://www.example.cz), follow these steps:
- Log in to Boldem and go to Subscription forms.
- Click the subscription form you want to display only on the homepage.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click the Window settings.
- In the drop-down menu Form display condition, select URL matches.
- The Condition URL field will appear. Enter a slash / into this field.
That way you’ll display the subscription form on the homepage of the base domain, i.e., for example www.example.cz. If for some reason you integrated a domain with a path into your Boldem account, e.g., www.example.cz/vas-eshop, and you want the form to appear on www.example.cz/vas-eshop, you need to enter the string /vas-eshop/ into the Condition URL field.
