The campaign wasn’t sent to all recipients, for example because the plan limit was exceeded. How can I resend the campaign to those recipients?
Open a previously sent campaign and in the Options menu select Edit campaign. You can also create a new campaign. If you use an existing campaign, you’ll have open rate/click-through statistics in one place.
In both cases, select the same mailing list you used to send the original campaign.
In the recipients selection step, select Set segmentation.
Click Select new condition.
The Segmentation rules dialog appears; in the Source field, select Recipients’ activity in email campaigns.
In the Condition field, choose how you want to evaluate recipients. In our case, it will be The recipient was not sent an email from the campaign. However, you can choose from other options that match your needs.
In the Campaign field, search for the name of the campaign this resend applies to.
Optionally select a time restriction if applicable; otherwise leave Anytime.
Confirm the dialog by clicking Save rule.
Please wait for the recipients to be recalculated and check the list to ensure it meets your needs.
Confirm your selections by clicking the Save and Segment button.
Finish the campaign dispatch or scheduling as needed.
