You cannot add new recipients to an existing campaign, but you can create a new campaign with the same settings. Then send that campaign only to the new recipients. You can either import the new recipients into a separate mailing list, or into the same mailing list and use campaign segmentation in the settings to select only recipients who haven’t received the previous campaign. The general procedure is as follows:
- Create a new campaign: Start by creating your campaign.
- Recipient selection: When choosing recipients, select a mailing list with new recipients, or set up segmentation.
- Nastavení segmentace:
- Source: Recipients’ activity in campaigns.
- Condition: Recipient did not receive an email from the campaign.
- Campaign selection: Select the original campaign.
- Template selection: Choose the same template and other settings you used in the previous campaign.
- Campaign dispatch: Send or schedule the campaign dispatch. The campaign will be sent only to recipients who haven’t yet been part of it.
